Runescape Automining?
« on: July 24, 2010, 04:51:12 am »
Um, well I'm new to this botting and macroing thing and i managed to create a few iron mining scripts for my level 3 mining pure. The thing is, I'm having second thoughts about botting. I'm botting on my second computer that is on the same connection as my main computer... If my account gets banned for botting, will my IP address get banned, including my other computer's?

sorry if this is off topic, but im very clueless and confused :/?

I don't think they IP ban.. Since some people have changing IP's.

They don't ip ban, they ban by UID, that's more effective

It does. The signed client stores an UID file on your computer usually named "random.dat". this contains a code that is linked to all accounts that log in with this file on the pc. To avoid this you can either use the unsigned client or remove the uid file every time you load another account. Note that the client has to be unloaded before you can remove the file.

Ooh okay. Using SMART for botting is unsigned, I hope. :)
